Welcome Chris!

AIM is happy to welcome Chris Griffiths, our newest Group Trainer

Chris received his Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University. He played a year of baseball at Mt. Hood Community College before transferring to Oregon State and currently plays on a local Independent League wood bat team during the summers. After spending some time in the engineering field, Chris decided to take his career path back to where his passion is: Sports Performance. Chris is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NCSA). His training philosophy is based on functional movement and core strength; whereby optimizing range of motion and creating muscular balance, we can reach our body's full athletic potential while reducing the risk of injury. Chris focuses not only on traditional strength training methods, but working on speed, agility and plyometric training with his clients. Aside from playing baseball, he also participates in several basketball leagues, indoor soccer leagues and flag football leagues. His interests also include golf, snowboarding, surfing and competing in triathlons on occasion.

Chris will be the full time instructor for the AIM Prep All Stars program and part time instructor for the AIM Class. Be sure to check out our program pages to learn more about what's offered here at AIM.
