What is the AIM Class?
The AIM Class is an innovative program designed to provide SPARQ (speed, power, agility, reaction, quickness) training to young athletes, ages 8-14. The purpose of this class is to maximize sports performance, improve athletic game, increase physical ability, and minimize risk of injury.

Why Should My Child Attend?
No matter what sport you play, it is necessary to train your body. Between the ages of 8-11, your child should be learning athletic skills and increasing their abilities. By participating in the AIM class, they’ll develop proper running techniques, athletic coordination, balance, relative strength, and muscular movement patterns. Between the ages of 12-14, your young athlete should now be focusing on improving, refining and ingraining. Repeated practice of the above skills leads to permanent and positive change and becoming a better athlete.

A typical AIM class will include a 15 minute dynamic warm-up, 30-35 minutes of drills, 5 minutes of conditioning, and 5 minutes of stretching.
